Casting Call: Are You Ready to Go B-Yond the Label?

B-Yond Da Label isn't looking for actors. We're looking for people willing to be themselves. We are seeking individuals from different backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, generations, lifestyles, and life experiences who are willing to enter a unique social experiment built around one question: What happens when we stop judging the label and start discovering the person?
Participants will share real conversations, face meaningful challenges, confront assumptions—including their own—and experience what can happen when people who may never have chosen one another are given the opportunity to truly understand one another. You don't need to be an entertainer. You don't need an acting résumé. You only need to be willing to bring your real story, your real perspective, and your authentic self.
What We Are Looking For
B-Yond Da Label is looking for real people with real stories, perspectives, and life experiences. We want individuals from different backgrounds who are willing to communicate honestly, listen openly, and challenge the assumptions we sometimes make about one another. We are looking for people who are willing to be authentic—even when conversations become uncomfortable. You may come from a different generation, culture, faith, profession, social background, or way of life. Those differences are not obstacles to the experience; they are part of what makes the experience possible.
You do not have to agree with everyone. You do have to be willing to engage respectfully, examine your own perceptions, and give others the opportunity to show you who they are beyond the labels.
No acting experience is required. We aren't casting characters. We're looking for people willing to bring their authentic selves into the experience.

Preparing for the Experience
B-Yond Da Label is not about performing a role. It is about being willing to show up honestly, listen openly, and allow yourself to be challenged.
Be Authentic: Come as yourself. Your real story, experiences, beliefs, and perspective are what matter.
Be Open: You may encounter people whose experiences and views are very different from your own. Come prepared to listen as well as speak.
Be Willing to Grow: Some conversations and challenges may push you outside your comfort zone. The goal is not to prove who is right or wrong but to discover what can happen when we look beyond the label.
What Happens Next
Once applications are received, our team will review each submission to identify individuals whose stories, perspectives, and willingness to engage align with the B-Yond Da Label experience.
Conversation: Selected applicants will be invited to speak with our team so we can learn more about who they are and why they want to participate.
Selection: Participants will be chosen to create a diverse group of people with different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, and perspectives.
Preparation: Those selected will receive additional information about the experience, expectations, filming process, and next steps before participation begins.
